Resource Planning Software
The latest edition to Nkonki’s suite of home-grown systems is the Resource Planning Software.
This tool enhances the allocation of resources, particularly human resources on their respective projects. At the touch of a button the user is able to tell if his/her organisation is productive enough. It also helps tell if the resources have been sufficiently deployed and if the project is profitable. The system can also tell if the recovery rate meets the company’s minimum standards. The resource utilisation rate can be projected up to two years in advance depending on the company’s horizon.
