Process Tracking System
Nkonki has also developed its own Process Tracking System as service enhancement offering to its clients.
This system keeps track of processes down the service chain e.g. Tracking progress of an application. On enquiring, customers are told precisely how their applications are down the chain. This also has a functionality which notifies customers via SMS of any progress in their application process.
This system is web-based system and can be effectively used on any front-end platform. The system tracks the turn-around times and the system-generated reports are used to monitor process performance.
The system is available on rental or direct sale.
