Year End Parties

Year end parties at Nkonki are quite exciting way of wrapping up the year. They are usually glittering gala dinner events. Most of staff members look forward to dressing up in the elegant evening gowns and suits. Every year there is always an element of surprise that hangs up in the air as most of the time no one knows what the senior management has on their sleeves.

At Nkonki the year end parties truly reaffirms the firm's dedication and its purpose by ensuring that all the employees are made aware of what the firm offers. We also reflect back on the year and share our achievements and results. Recognition of the Nkonki Stars takes place in these year-end functions.

Awards

Employee recognition and rewarding excellent performance are taken seriously at Nkonki. During the year we reward staff on quarterly basis, and this builds up to the big year end awards which are given to employees at the year - end gala dinner. There are various categories of awards such as Top Performance Awards, Productivity Awards, Trainee of the year Awards, Manager of the year and the Overall Award Winner. Other awards are given to employees who are Living the Vision, Values and the Personality of the firm.
