Sports Day

Nkonki Soccer Club is a member of the Accountancy League. The main goal of the Accountancy League is to develop network opportunities between organizations from similar industries and common business. Every Sunday members of the soccer club compete with teams from other accounting firms. There are also golf enthusiasts who are constantly invited by clients to participate in golf days.

Other Team Building Activities
Every year before an audit assignment begins or in some cases when it wraps up staff members who are involved in those assignments get invited to participate in team building activities.
This is good and fun way of bringing teams together through playing, building communication within the teams or interaction with senior management, and have a shared experience.

Casual Day
At Nkonki Fridays are formally designated as a dress down day. The firm's objective in establishing a casual dress code is to allow our employees to work comfortably, yet still project a professional image that is in line with our profession. Staff who are not at clients take a more casual approach to dressing and wear Nkonki golf shirts with either chinos or casual pants, or skirts and track suits. It happens that most of fun activities are also held on Fridays such quarterly awards and month end drinks.

Wellness Day
From time to time at Nkonki Wellness Days are held as an attempt to give staff an opportunity to achieve a work life balance and take care of their well being.
