Nkonki celebrates its appointment as Vunani Internal Auditors
Nkonki is ecstatic to share news of its appointment as the sole Internal Audit service provider to Vunani Limited, effective September 2011.
Listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange AltX in November 2007, Vunani Limited is a black owned and managed financial services company that operates through two divisions: Financial Services and Investment Services. Financial Services is composed of the fund management, investment banking and property business units. Investment Services houses Vunani's strategic empowerment equity investments
Vunani will be assisted by a team of Nkonki's enthusiastic and diligent Internal Auditors, geared to bring the required skills, experience and capacity in outsourcing the internal audit function. We draw on our firm's wide specialist skills to bring a comprehensive solution to our clients. As a basic, Nkonki's internal audit services provide assurance on Internal Financial Controls, risk management and governance in order to assist our clients to comply with the requirements of King III.
