Fraud Hotline

Nkonki has recently launched a Fraud Hotline call centre that is operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a week. Nkonki Fraud Hotline centre operates in 11 SA official languages plus the following foreign languages, Bhemba, Swahili, Shona and Portugese.

This Fraud Hotline is attached to 24 hour recording system which enables all calls to be recorded. A Fraud Awareness workshop is always recommended for all your staff should you sign up for our Fraud Hotline services, this enables your staff to understand the adequate protection they have through the Protected Disclosure's Act and therefore oil the wheels of Whistleblowing in your company.
