Outsourcing - Finance Function
Nkonki’s Consulting division has handled finance functions of various government departments and agencies provincially and nationally. Full responsibility is taken for certain or all accounting functions and administration, thus giving time for the organisation more time to focus on its core functions and improved service delivery.
Nkonki placed more than 150 staff nationally when SASSA’s accounting and administration function was outsourced to the firm, which is an indication of the amount of capacity the firm has when full responsibility has been outsourced to the firm.

Outsourcing - Internal Audit Function

Outsourcing - Sustainability Reporting
Sustainability Reporting that meet the standards of the G3 Guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiatives, has brought about an additional mammoth task, which cannot be temporarily handled by staff members whose hands are full with their day to day responsibilities. In that case, the entire Sustainability Reporting can be outsourced to Nkonki, who will take full responsibility for the Sustainability Reporting strategy, its implementation, subsequent reporting and liaison with the external assurance providers so as to achieve a + Application Level status.
