These tools are very effective in communicating processes to staff in large organisations and therefore facilitates process roll-out and enhances the effectiveness of the change management programmes.

Nkonki has also developed what is known as the Process Monitoring and Tracking system. This web-based system can be effectively used on any front-end platform. This system is used to track the turn-around times and the system-generated reports are used to monitor process performance.
