King III requires that Boards should report annually, through an integrated report, on operations of the organisation, the sustainability issues affecting the business, the financial results and results of its operations and cash flows. Nkonki ensures that all our clients have appropriate systems and processes that give a complete picture of the company’s financial and non-financial profiles are put in place. The three basics standard disclosures that are expected in each sustainability report are as follows:

Performance Indicators – Indicators that elicit comparable information on the economic, environmental, and social performance of the company. In reporting on performance indicators the following guidance on data compilation will apply:

  • Presentation Data
  • Data Aggregation
  • Metrics

The 3 categories of globally accepted performance indicators are:

  • Economic Indicators
  • Environmental
  • Social Indicators
